He tried to scam me and he did! he ended up giving the diamonds but still its against the rules and I want him to get a warning please, warn him!

Cerberus, this is the help desk and FAQ... where you go to for help so they could post it here
As to the person who posted this thread, if he paid you the diamonds eventually, then you weren't really scammed...
