Hosting Events

Just curious how long you have to wait till you can host an event after youve already hosted one elsewhere
the server wont let you host two in a row, there needs to be one hosted by someone else in between or a plugin reload.
as for whats allowed by the rules, as long as its a different event (not nearby the first place, and not for the same function as a failed one), I wouldnt really care how long you wait.
