ok i was playing minecraft on the server as you do then its all like
"connection lost.
internal exception: java.met.socketExeption: connection reset"
so i was like ok its all goods, i jump back on and it happens again.
and again and again.
soo if you help please tell what happened or how to fix it, please tell me i will be grateful

I've had this happen to me a few times before and there is no sure way to fix it. Sometimes if you delete all your minecraft stuff including your sp stuff and redownload everything and just start anew that works, but yet again sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes redownloading a few times has worked too. Other then that the only other thing that has worked for me is just not playing mc for a few days and itll go away sometimes. I used to have this happen to me alot and searched all over the web and ever where pretty much said these are the only ways to fix it and even they don't work all the time. :/ hope one of these works for you.

A lot of it could be due to the internet speeds you show. There may not be enough packets sent through a certain time period and it thinks you don't have a connection.

hmm, but when i do get on it works fine maybe like 1 second lag but apart from that its fine

Also make sure your Java is up to date
