I'd like to get a waypoint, and a marker on the dynamic map, for the City of Intravia. It's a "serious" project that's growing, not some lame thing that will be forgotten in a month.

I haven't had much luck finding the requirements for this on the forums, nor has anyone had any insight in-game.

Anyone have advice?

In order to get a waypoint, I believe you need to have 8 people living in your city that are Rsd+, and some other requirements.. not to sure.
For a marker on the Dynamic map, just tell Zerg you want a marker. if your city doesn't have a waypoint it will be yellow on dynamic, if it does, it will be red on Dynamic. I think there needs to be people living in your town in order to get a waypoint, not sure about that.
I would suggest asking Zerg this, he would have the best answers.
