All of the simple rules apply: Do not Grief, Hack, Swear, or PVP unfairly. The list below is an elaboration on more specific variations of these same rules.

• Anything that angers our anti grief chicken (our anti-grief automation) ~ PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CHAT!
• Breaking any blocks that are a part of another player's property ~ (example: Breaking a single glass pane to enter a house. Even if you replace it.)
• Placing any blocks within another players property. ~ (example: Placing a dirt/sand/etc to climb over a fence. Again, even if you remove it.)
• Using TNT to blow up players and/or their property.
• Using lava to burn another player's property
• Using flint & steel to burn another player's property
• Using either type of bucket (lava OR water) on another player's property
• Placing a lockette sign on any type of door or container that isn't yours.
• Using Redstone items, or plates to bypass doors. *Review "Placing Blocks"
• Player Harassment is a form of griefing, an example, standing in-front of someone doing nothing, when you've been asked to go away is a form of harassment.
• Using an enderpearl or chorus fruit to get into a location that is obviously private, and other players are not welcome, is a form of grief.

• Do not build within another player's land
• Do not build within another player's home
• Do not build within at least 50 blocks of blocks of another player's property, unless you both agree.~ (Depending on certain structures, this can be a square radius of 100 blocks.)
• Do not build within 100 blocks of a town that has been marked on the dynamic map, without the town owner's permission.
• Do not build obscene structures
• REGARDING PLAYER TRAPS-
• Traps designed specifically to kill other players are not allowed. The exception being traps that drown a player, since it allows adequate time to /spawn out. (traps built before April 5th, 2014 will not result in a ban, but will be removed upon discovery.
• ALL traps must be clearly marked, to ensure players do not wander accidentally into said trap. Be aware that 'clearly marked' may be at the discretion of any mod that is called to the location to inspect your trap. Make it obvious.

• Do not abuse any server glitches that may give you an unfair advantage.
• This includes, but is not limited to any of the issues discussed on the 'Bugs' section of the forums.

• Do not use any modifications that give you an unfair advantage over those who do not.
• No xray mods OR texture packs.
• No speed, jump, fly, or climb hacks or modifications.
• No mods or hacks that allow you to obtain or spawn items illegitimately.

• English Only
• Do not use profanity. PERIOD.
• Do not try to find ways around the profanity detector.This includes slang swearing like "da fuq" Mods may be more harsh if it looks intentional. Don't censor or **** either. Just don't swear.
• Do not harass other players.
• No racial or otherwise offensive terms/profiling
  This Includes calling out, "XXX PLAYER IS A HACKER BANNN HIM PERMANENTLY!!!"
• Be age-appropriate.
  we are kid friendly after all
• Just please be nice-ish in Global.
• Do not ask to be promoted to ANY RANK.. in any chat room
  *Note that some chat rules differ outside of Global.

• Do not use flint and steel or lava to attempt to burn another player if either of you has PVP turned off.
• Do not throw splash potions at a player if either of you has PVP turned off.
• Do not spleef, push, or use /followsnow to knock anybody to their death.
• PVP at your own risk. You may lose your items!

• Moderators fix grief and ban players according to our rules.
• What this means you should never ask a moderator to permanently ban a player who's made you angry or griefed you in some way. This will just make the moderator upset at you.
• Moderators do not fix accidents of fire/tnt/lava damage done by a player to their own house.
  If you're fast enough you can try using the /revert daily voter command to fix your mistake, it works on creepers/tnt/lava/fire damage to your structure/land
• Moderators do not teleport players upon request.
• Moderators do not spawn items in or outside of chests.
• Moderators do not revert unprotected chests that have been stolen from.
• Screaming "Moderator!" and, "MOD I NEED A MOD," over and over again, will most likely not get your problem solved faster. Use /msg to contact us for a faster response. or use /mail send moderatorusername for us to inspect a grief, provide xz coordinates
• When it comes to EVE questioning you, for the love of all that is 42, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to what she says, and answer her in single words or less! She is there to help us help you.

• Bans are doubled in length for every infraction
  You received a ban for 10m for breaking blocks, next ban is 20minutes for same offense
• You can have varying ban lengths up to a point for different offenses
• If you're banned enough, all previous bans will eventually acculmalate into one big long ban.
• Perma bans are rare, but can happen eventually

• Selling or buying in game items for real currency will not be permitted.
