Purchasing inactive towns

There's really no use for the towns to sit there without owners, So how can I purchase these in-active towns?
List: Dragons Reach
Stone Forge (Can contact damek since he sits in TS)
Metro (Can contact stick guy since I see him every once in a while)
Elven
Dwarven
and Pheonix

Idk if u can buy towns cause that is kinda mean, buildings and things I think r fine but not ones with people in them

Don't worry! Elven's got an owner, but the owner doesn't feel like building.. :/
Ever since h1wilson left, i've been the owner of elven (i used to be co-owner). But without him, i really don't feel like building. I mean, all the elven workers are h1wilson's irl friends, and they all left with him. Well... Ecxept me...

As stickguy left I'll talk to him about adding it to urban and reach and the town that me and stick were working on before he left.

hmmm... i know for a fact havoc and dragons reach can be considered as inactive, but stone forge and metro? i would consider them still active. but did stickguy leave the server?

As a kina co-owner of dwarven I'm pretty sure dwarven is up for grabs, I don't want to sell it but I think Nekos does I'm not sure tho. Talk to Nekos about buying it.

i got one tweekmore, its called Endeavour, i will show you more about it online. its in a snow biome off the yellow road, 11 kids live there. it has 4 sections, a giant skyscraper, a market (i will get rid of my chests obviously) trading rooms, and a barn. i am gonna abandon it to make a new town from scratch... because in comparison to others like stone forge, sunside, and savios. i even saw a city that no one lived in that looks better than mine <flame city>. anyway, i have spent like stacks of diamonds buying stone brick and materials so i want a nice price (not a few stacks
) i really need the dias though, my new town might gonna be 500x500 o.o i will probably change that change XD, well yeah
