In winterhold you will be able to have your own plot for very cheap build what ever you want on your plot. There is a spelf arena. We may have a free food machine with melons possibly bread that is what you can do in winterhold.

There is a XP farm to get free XP for inchanting swords pick axes and any other materials you please
