Greetings, Welcome to Tirion!
Tirion Is a new, WIP, elven styled city built nearly on the corner of the map. The entire city is built in between 2 rivers, with only a slim "bridge" of dry land leading to the main gate. All of the public facilities (town hall, WP, graveyard and farms) are above ground, while the lots will be under ground in a massive dug out cavern. Here are some screenshots.

Currently, none of the lots are finished. As soon they are I will update this post with the lot sizes and prices. And as you could probably tell by one of the screen shots I have ALOT of digging to do, so I'd gladly take any helpers
