If you buy a lot you get to use xp farms, animal farms and iron golem farm (You will have to pay to get into this one, i cant just give out infinite iron for 1 diamonds, Duh..) iron farm may be slow at times, but hey, its infinite iron!

Stone slabs
Stonebrick
Tnt (willing to buy 5 stacks for a dragon egg)
and cats.

There is.. i think 3-4 beacons in the city? (I dont remember..)

RULES:
No rule breaking. (lol)
Must complete building within 2 weeks (if not you will be told to leave and diamonds will not be refunded)
No greifing
No bad buildings :3
