Now that we have a waypoint I guess I should post this...

Anyway, Seaside is owned by me (maxmmm1501) and is located around x:4225 z: 10016.

We have currently free plots that are normally 13x13.

There are also pre built homes that cost around 3 dias. (average price for wood used)


This is the apartment/Shop tower:

Apartments vary in price due to different sizes.
Shops are 32 iron monthly, But chances are ill forget to collect so... Cheap xD

There are public auto chicken and melon farms for free food in the lighthouse


We have 2 efficient xp farms: Skeleton and Cave spider. More will come if more duengons are found

We currently have a subway to Romedy's and Spawn, and are looking to connect to more towns in the area.
