no osum. your town is not under its flight path. it doesnt go over your town at all. Just because you see boss health on your screen does not mean it is above you. :p derp. The dragon was put there FOR Dragon's Reach so therefore it is only the cities dragon.

dragon's reach is pretty epic i have to say and trust me because saevios (my city) and dragon's reach are great erm... city-friends? ive spent a good chunk of time there and the stronghold is awsome. i would tell anyone to visit here it is an aswome city
