I'm selling my old plot of land on /pp. /msg me or /mail me in-game for inquiries. Its great for anyone willing to start a town due to its proximity to /pp and Pandora Heights. Its has access to an ocean and the beach.

The area is roughly 224x144 blocks
Which is 32,256 square blocks
The land is has been mostly terraformed flat.
The land is all lit up.
Included are 3 sheep, 2 cows, 2 horses, and about 6 villagers.
Roughly 100ish blocks from /pp
Roughly 50ish blocks from /wp pandoraheigh

The land will be ready in about a week or two. Im going to price it at 10 diamonds.

You aren't supposed to build that close to a town. Needs to be 100 blocks or more away.
If someone is going to make a town, it should be even further for room to expand.
