if you try making many interesting contraptions around the city you will have a shot for co-owner
You are allowed to sell lots If it is put in a chest that you give to the co-owners, lots are used for our supply buying!

X_Kyro_X (and chubbypikachu25's behalf) we would like to be co-owners. We have a lot of experience building towns. Chubby and I were both co-owners in lava city in 1.7. This city seems like a nice place to live in.

This city is the best we finished the spleef after it got griefed by flyhackers and lots of buildings and lots

We have completed our amazing Spleef Arena.
Its public even if you do NOT own a lot!
