Updates:

-Waypoint "Dwarven" added. (Jan 9th)
-Small lots of (6 x 10) is now available. ( Jan 11th )

Rules
-Lot size must stay the same
-First later of wall can be edited /self designed
-Only buy the lots off, PureBo, Neko92 or SierraLeone.
-Long time Inactivity may result in a sweep of your lot, ( 3 to 5 weeks inactivity )
-All usual rules stay applied.

-Owners found breaking the rules will be banished, temporary or not, out of the city.

If you guys buy ship cabins, try not to alter the walls from the original wood. It shows through on the other side and makes other areas look random. ^^
Carpeting is fine, as long as it also doesn't show through on the exterior of the boat.

Edit: I added a few more rooms to the front of the ship as well. A couple small cabins and one Luxury cabin.

What lots are we talking bout here Bo? The underground lots (the one I REALLY want) or the ship or something else? If its one of the underground lots I will love to take 1, Reserve me your best underground Lot

Last night (est) there was alot of progress with digging Dwarven, So the "underground lots" will no doubt be worked on in near future. So plan ahead
As of now, I believe it's only the Ship lots. which are equally amazingly spacious. =D

If you want the BEST lots.
That would be in our Deluxe 1, which Sierra is mainly working on now.
That would take some time to complete, depending on amount of workers. Id estimate at least 1.5weeks? But should take longer.

If you want the best lots in the Dwarven itself, and not deluxe. That can be arranged, maybe a few days from now.
And yes like neko said. Buy a lot in the IrishDwarf while you wait ^^

Ok well I will be on holidays/vacation from Jan 3 - Jan 13, So what do I do about that, if its finished within that time and I miss out on my lot? Can I preorder a lot?

Sorry i haven't been on lately PureBo. I have just been capped so i have extremely low download limit (10kb/s) so I can't get on the server. I will be able to start helping again in about 11 more days from when I posted this.

Got a lot(in SS Irish Ninja) and now wanna help with dwarven and Bo, I think you might wanna update the first post I think more than 3 lots are taken.
