Start menu help?

So I was recently trying to open my .minecraft folder to check out a few things, so I went over to my start menu and typed in %appdata% like normal then I accidentally pressed some key that showed this:

Now everytime I typed in %appdata% and THAT shows up. It's really annoying me. Is there any way to get rid of it?

it doesn't actually affect you does it? if not it shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah, if you wanna put in mods or texture packs, just click roaming/.minecraft
