I need some help. This morning, my dog had been at the vet all night. The vets came in and found her. She had passed on. She was my 5th birthday present. She was 7, and she was a good dog. I need help getting over her.
Help?

If your school has a guidence, you could go there
Talk to friends or family

I'd say take it easy for a while, do some things that will take it off your mind (go biking, play Minecraft, something). You could also have a kind of funeral, place things like toys, collars, etc. in a box and bury it somewhere they had a lot of fun. I've lost many pets in my life and these are some of the things I did to make it seem easier. And remember, it's always okay and completely normal to let out your emotions by crying. Hope things get better.
