Daylight Sensors / Quartz Inventions

Hey,
So, what are your guys' coolest Quartz/daylight sensor inventions so far?

Give us some nice descriptions :>
Here's mine, so far:
Lava moat with lights that come on at night:
Solitary lights that come on at night (I'm using some of these on the server):
Guts of lights:
Just some simple, basic stuff. Took me about 5 minutes to figure out the moat, and 1 to figure out the lights (if even).
