What were the cases to be in the list? I'm sad I couldn't be on the list

Well the arent really "requirements" there are some though.
First I believe you have to have a total of 50+ hours online and be rsd.Then all the players with that are added to a list and the veterans vote for the top players.Those players are voted on by the public.Or so It was like that the first time

That's not how it was Ishow... XD Not the first time or now.
They got a list of the mots active people on the server... The top 50. Then the Vtns vote on them...
