makes perfect sense irish_ninja.
Having zerg run the query of names by hours played and votes within the last month really helps by mentioning names we may not think of.
But we are still a 'new' server, with a changing community. We are starting small, and branching outwards, so I think eventually more time-zones will be filled in. It's like moving a to a new city. You learn the area around you first, then you can start learning parts of the city a little further and a little further away until eventually you know the whole city.
Think of the city as time zones, if we can get somebody promoted that plays 1-2 hours later than the current mods/vets, then they can start referencing people, and it will be a chain reaction until it comes full circle all the way around the clock. We just have to give it a little time
