I'm glad your not leaving Zaq, because I can't even count how many times I've lost diamonds from something.
For example, I had full diamond tools, and we were exploding TNT, got caught in the blast. It was my stupid self. Should have I put them in a chest? Yes. Did I? Nope. It's your own fault, so you can only blame yourself.

Maybe he forgot to turn it off. I'd say it was an accident, so chubby needs to decide if he wants to have the diamonds or to give them back to you. It's all his choice, because it's your fault to have pvp turned on when you're afk.

Now I won't left the server because of that. Someone stole my 3 diamonds in a protected chest, I asked an admin and he couldn't help me - I said ok, np. Diamonds are hard to find, yes, but what can I change? It's not because I'll left that my diamonds will come back.

As I said, it's chubby's choice. I don't think he is proud to have diamonds he didn't gathered by hand
