Npaterson killed me with a potion of damage when i wasnt in pvp and took my stuff because it was out side of spawn. He said that he was homeless and needed a job. I gave one and on the way there he kills me and takes my fortune 3 dia pick and my efficiency 4 dia pick and other mining supplies. THose are the only 2 things i want back besides my fire portection 3 helm. Even Neko (the mod) knows this is true and was killed by Npaternson by potions again. We need zergs help in getting this terrible guy to justice. Npaterson if u post on this thread i swear i will find u and kill u with potions when ever i can. Guys i hope u show support for this effort. if i get my picks back i will do a diamond drop consisting of other vauables such as gold iron golden apples and enderpearls. Keep the support

I lashed out at zerg and feir in donor about it... And what I took away from the conversation. Is basically that potion kills are bannable, but you cant have stuff back. And various other things, but not relevant.

Also I may continue to Mod but not dealing with anyone involved with potion kills. If I'm going to die helping protect the server and players. Not worth dieing and losing my stuff every ten seconds.

Also Feir made a good point... Npatterson was banned for 10 hours (i think, not on to check) next ban is 20, then 40, 80, 160 320 640... etc... After 640 bans... well... Thats quite a stack of bans! (lol get it? 64... a stack... dont judge) So If he continues... will only make banning him more enjoyable

He came in sunside just like 5 mins ago and killed me with splash potions and I had my brand new dia armour on and everything!!! Almost more than that i had a fire 1 bow and a looting 3 sword!!! It's not fair at all!

Justron i totally feel u man we gotta get zerg to perma ban Npaterson and get our stuff back
