We have 7 active moderators, none of them seem to play during the day except for Arjan.


Arjan - Plays during the day... has no help with 50 players on.
Neko - Plays at night with little people on
Dukem - Barely starting to become active again, usually is only on for a few hours. (Late evenings)
Sonic - Gets on during the day, is usually lazy (I said it!)...
Owca - Barely becoming active too... plays late evenings.
Irish - Becoming a bit more inactive, plays late evenings...
Vini - Plays early mornings (Pacific Time) and helps a bit

I'll put it into 1 hour timeframes.

12:00 PM PST - No moderators
1:00 PM PST - No moderators
2:00 PM PST - Arjan / Sonic log in
3:00 PM PST - Sonic is off
4:00 PM PST - Arjan is usually tired or bored.
5:00 PM PST - Arjan is usually off by this time.
6:00 PM PST - Neko/Irish/OWCA/Dukem login
7:00 PM PST - 1-4 mods are usually on.
8:00 PM PST - 1-4 mods are usually on.
9:00 PM PST - 1 mod is usually on. (Neko)
10:00 PM PST - No mods on / Neko
11:00 PM PST - No mods on / Neko
12:00 AM PST - No mods on / Neko
1:00 AM PST - No mods on / Neko
2:00 AM PST - No mods on / Neko
3:00-6:00 AM PST - No mods on
6:00 AM PST - Vini logs in
10:00 AM PST - Vini logs off
11:00 AM PST - No mods
12:00 AM PST - No mods


Neko covers most of the night, then vini comes on for a few hours... the rest of the day it's pretty much empty of mods during peak times when we need mods the most.



So we have one mod, Arjan that plays during the most popular times of day, that is active. I notice he gets burned out and he tends to be trolled alot in G when he's the only mod on... We really need more cmods or something like Icefang or something. It's getting a little annoying watching everybody ask for mods in chat knowing that we don't really have any. Hopefully we can see a few more promotions in the coming months and help step up the administration.

I didn't even make the list I only run console for about 30 minutes a day.... Do you know how long it has been since I typed /ban? =\ it's been too long. But unfortunately I got a life, and I am not getting sucked back into the black hole known as Minecraft.

I went based off my shitty sleep cycle... since it's been all around the past month

Tweek i. Play 4hrs a day but in mylast week of school i had 6 parties and therefore i couldnt play much :/

I can argue in partnership with this thread. I'm always on the need of a mod due to the people saying "Help I've been grieved!", sometimes I need to do bans for griefs until a mod comes on then assesses the destruction.

Tweek, you can't call me lazy, I helped at least 3 people yesterday in that hour of time, you just never see it.
Littleasian needed help getting out of questionng, I was busy doing something else, I could've just said screw it, but I stopped and went online and got him out of questing then proceeded to help people with grief into their animal farms and killings.
I admit, sometimes I'm mining or busy with grief currently, so I shrug it off, and yes, I did have a big absence, but I've been coming on more lately just for that reason.. And I'm usually on for more then an hour, from what I see.

I'm not saying I'm not lazy, everyone is sometimes, but I'm also saying when people need help I help them.
And I'm also on Console a lot, I just don't type.

And one more thing, I'm usually on at night, too, when I see Neko and such, because I'm always up that late. But just to admit something, I have way more stuff to do then kreatious, so.. I'm so very sorry if I can't be on every minute of the day to attend your needs. I play a lot of Hunger Games now, hence why I'm not on that much.

I am kinda leaning towards getting more moderators, but SONIC AINT LAZY!!! :3

We've had this issue when Kreatious first came up. We can't really stop people from getting a life. Zerg960 use to be on atleast 5-7 hours a day when Kreatious first went online. He sorta stopped playing and yet he still kept the SERVER up, pay some respect kid, Mods can't be on all the time.

And I have some suggestions for new Moderators

If you wanna complain, complain to Zerg.

How bout Rsd's Just step up to help More... and earn vtn -> Chatmod -> -Mod. It's hard to recruit when people screw around so much that ya can't tell if they could handle the job or not. Furthermore the maturity of some kills it. There are few I would suggest, though my fellow Mods/Vtns Most likely wouldn't due to their inactivity. Just my opinion...

There's also the option of non-staffed players helping out new players, so they won't get so bored that they start to grief, and victims end up needing help...

Also I try to get on more at varying times... hopefully after holidays here in united States, I can get on more like I used to. Though the 10-15 hours I do spend I would think makes some what of a dent. ;X
