Hello everyone, I think there will be many questions about this subject, first of to make everything clear to not start doing stupid things without knowing if it is possible, so here is my question:

- Is it possible to make a city even if you are not a Veteran, Donor or Mod?

Anyways I was thinking of making another city, or a village, made by me. I was thinking to make it underwater if it is possible or just making it simply on the ground of course . I was thinking to call it GlazeCity. I would like to discuss on this subject with vini, or neko, or aquad, because they are the people I know best .

Also other players on Kreatious can comment and say what they think of my idea on the subject.

Yes it is possible to make a city if you're not Veteran, Donor, or Mod, so go for it (I made Greywall with dragonslayer1200 when were both residents)

yeah, i founded saevios with mal, dane, and kyro wehn we were all rsd's (well kyro was a donor)

and also, i started building Flame, when i was a rsd.

This sounds likea city that could go far with a dedicated team for it to be under water. But kitty it will probaly take a month to3 months so I doubt you will build it
