Ok so i recently reactivated an old youtube account. On that account i had 155 subscribers (i made club penguin videos and they got pretty popular).

I have a question for you guys; do you think i should start over on a new channel and re-earn my subscribers, or keep the subscribers and channel i have, and mold it into a Minecraft channel?

Well, You should see how much of all those subs are active. It they are you should mold it from Club Penguin(lulz) into a Minecraft one. If they're not then making a new account with me on the same level as on your account with unactive subs.
