Promblem taking items out of chests!

Every time i take a item out of a chest it just vanishes and goes back into the chest, yet i have no lag!
Help meee!

That's been happening ot everyone since 1.3 came out

When this happens doe the chest open/close animation lagg?
you'll just have to keep trying until you get a smooth open animation and a smooth close animation, test if the items are in your inv by moving something into the spot you think it is in
