Well..I'm not sure if others have experienced this, but the survival server has some intense lag. I don't think it's my connection because I'm perfect on the creative. On survival it takes about 20 seconds to open a chest, chat lag is horrendous and I can barely talk to others. Chunks also go missing for awhile, and I just fall to oblivion for 15-30 seconds. I'm not sure if people have experienced this but survival is becoming unplayable.

Well, there are... the 1.0 map, another 1.0 map(for spawn), 1.7 map, 1.8 map, nether, etc... what I'm saying, is there are a lot of maps loaded into memory. 2 of which, weren't loaded before.
Just give it another day or so' when spawn is done, one of the maps will be unloaded.. and the 1.8 map will be deleted. Leaving the 1.7, 1.0, and nether(like it was before.)
