Forum Rank Sigs?

Where are people getting these sigs for their rank I have this one but I see ones that have pics of Minecraft in the background. 
People got those signatures form Ric, at this link.
I'm assuming you mean the one that I have? With "MineCraft" in the background. XD
May I ask where you got yours? just can't find the thread...
P.S I think yours isn't supposed to be a Signature, but a Avatar...
