As few of you may or may not have known my laptop had issues with an internal cable. Well it finally broke and is making lil arc-y noises.
thats the cord, front bottom left row. Can see the burnt plastic and exposed wire. ordinarily I could solder a break like this but if you notice that thin green line... thats a tiny hair that found its way into the case. Kinda gives you an idea of the scale Im working with.
Its not terrible situation but it makes screen flicker and everything is red.
Ordered new cable but it's from china and gunna be 1-2 weeks. I dont wanna risk killing pixels or something and dont have external monitor to use so.... see ya when I see ya?
