So. I need my space.

In the survival server, I made a new house, alone, and not anywhere near other people. I come back to my house, and the furnace room in my downstairs was broken into, flooded, and stolen from. (About 45 iron ingots)
The only person that was in the furnaces was xXDemon_SlayerXx, so I asked for a mod. There wasn't any answer, and I just forgot about it. But then, I look outside and see he is building about 20 blocks from my house. I know he stole ingots from my house, so I didn't want him living any closer than the rules will allow. I asked him to move away, and he just said that he wasn't going to. (He also tried to give me stuff, but I didn't take it) I get off for the night, and I come back to this:
Here's how far from my house the wall was.
Seriously? Seriously, demon. I didn't want to get the mods involved, but now I have to. I was on this land first.

I'd come help but I don't have tp powers to come take a look but ask drit or bonds, they're the mods that have helped me the most. Bonds helped me when someone stole from me, and drit helped me when someone built on my land ;3

I have asked for a mod multiple times with no answer, and when I asked Hovr directly, he said to talk to him about it. I said that I already have, but he didn't do anything about it.

What is this? A call out the mods thread?
I may be a moderator, that means two things. A) I am often busy - Between doing my own things, answering alerts, kicking for spam, and trying to solve the bickering between players I may not be able to respond instantly. Sorry if you expect that of me, but it is not a realistic expectation. I asked you to be patient - This doesn't strike me as being patient.
B) Contrary to popular belief, moderators also have a real life - When you asked for my help, I was busy doing more important things outside of Minecraft, with Minecraft idling in the background (So you were pretty lucky I even responded). I know from experience that dealing with a situation such as you have can easily take up to 10/20 minutes - Which I wasn't able to set aside at that moment in time.
Regarding your furnaces, should have locked them. We allow stealing from unprotected chests, so following the same logic we allow stealing from unprotected furnaces. They're quick and easy to lock - So not much I can do about that.
Please, have some patience, and have a nice day.

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't complaining. I know mods have lots to do with 50+ people on one server, and about 3 mods to mend to them. I'm pleading with you, or other mods, to come to x 1482, y64, z1769 and just check it out or something? Please?

Urg... You have two realistic options here:
1) Wait for a mod to sort it out.
2) Buy the house off him? What I'm gona do with my mountain lol.

isn't it 50 blocks away minimum?
Meh, i'd just pack up and move, this IS 5000x5000 map we have here. Go to the corner and live your life as a hermit.

Well I would want to just blow up his house because I have absolutely no respect, patience or sympathy for people like xXDemon_SlayerXx. Don't actually go & do that though, eve will just revert it anyway.
Solutions are: wait for a mod to help you or move. Don't buy his house from him or give him anything to leave. You'll be much happier in the long run if you move to somewhere between 2000-2500. Trust me, I know from experience that making a home too close to spawn only leads to you being forced out in a month or two by dumb players building too close or griefers.
If you do decide to move (which seems the easiest) this should help you find a nice untouched area

Welp, I actively searched for you twice today to try and resolve this, but you weren't online. Can't say I didn't try. :3
