Why does Hovr have a green name?

I thought he was like a super-powerful moderator as he was the only mod that could roll back. What did he quit?

I disagreed with certain actions being performed by the admin of the server. I talked to him, and he wasn't willing to change this - So I resigned.
Simple.
But hey, it was a nice run - Thanks for the memories, guys.
