I don't know if I'm posting in the right section but whatever.
I was talking to 11keris about mining, we decided to meet at spawn, so I did /spawn and I ran into bounty_ninja, note I had NOT done /pvp. He started throwing potions at me and before I knew it I was at half a heart, I ran into a trading booth and did /home and managed to live with my diamond items, but I had to complain because I realized that, if people can kill you anywhere at anytime using potions and not doing /pvp, then it defeats the point of a pvp protection pluggin, people can still kill with potions, they can still poison you, and it's one of the only ways a person can grief/annoy people on this server.

We were meeting at spawn so that we could both be in the same area in the mine world, so dont' think we were going to attempt to "mine" spawn, xD.

I don't really know "how" to prove it cruiser, but thank you for talking to Zerg anyways.

I have noticed this to, there is one thing that we can do tho. Get Zerg to. Write a Plugin so that poison only works if both players have /pvp I also I hope u were
MInning in /mine

As a mod we look for these kinds of things unfortunately we need proof. But I'll talk to Zerg about adding splash potions to the autokicker like lava and fire is.

corindiclose did the same thing but I taught him a lesson about messing with people

This happened to me to... Damek did it... He used poison and harming, and you would think a veteran would know better.

There is a simple way to do this and poison aren't the only potions that harm like harming potions and you can take a screen shot of them doing it by pressing F2
