- Added auto-ip-ban for the guy that keeps impersonating me. This will temporarily IP Ban anyone who fails the minecraft server authentication ("Failed to verify username! error"), and will unban at the next reboot or plugin reload.

- Added derp hack notification for mods. It's very spammy. Blame SDOR3 ^_^

but i got banned for no reason i signed on my account thn all of a sudden a message came up saying RizioRules is a hacker Beware then i was banned
