Fix that failbot.

I would imagine it was a really short ban. We try to keep an eye on the appeals section, but it would seem as if the ban has expired already. I'll put this in approved anyway, since that's obviously just a fail on Wall-E's end.
But careful; I believe Wall-E will be more harsh on you because your 'swear count' is high.
