Breaking blocks at spawn....?

Reason(s) for ban: Breaking blocks at spawn ( 5 day ban)
Why I think i should be unbanned: Cuz i didnt do it! For the last couple of days Ive been working with my friend Possomboy on a new town. The only thing i remember breaking is a sand block that looked out of place and a stone block in a tower and those were both accidents! If i did a major grief i would understand a 5 day ban but 2 blocks? thats unbelievable!
