I can vouch for this..
Contextually there was a degree of expletives being tried out by other people at the time (particually the expletive used by noah); who were familiarising themselves with the relaxed attitudes towards language appropriateness in donor. In my opinion, and the opinion of others in the chat at the time it was reasonably clear that it had been a case of forgetting to change channels.
Mods online at the time tried to reverse it but were unable due to it being a Wall-E ban.

Unbanned. But please make note, that before using any language unsuitable for global, it's best to type /ch d as a precautionary measure. Also, plugin reloads bump everyone into global chat, which is also good to know.
