Reason for: Greifing spawn?
Why I should be un baned: I didn't greif spawn.. Check the logs! I am nowhere in them! Why did you assume I was greifing? I don't even greif intentionally!

Why did I get banned? I didn't touch anything! All I did was punch Bob cuz he was greifinfg! Check the logs! It doesn't say I did anything!

Seriously! I just came for the drop party, and I was in the middle of doing /home! Why did you ban me?
And I am sure others are innocent of this cause! And if it does say so,THEN SHOW ME!

DeathKiller, you're not supposed to reply to people's ban appeals unless you are directly involved with the ban. Btw, I apologize to Mods for replying myself.

It's possible you mistakenly punched some tall grass, and it registered as grief. I'm not sure if this was an automatic ban or a manual ban by Zerg. We typically will not ban players unless it was clear the grief was intentional, especially someone as anti-ban as Zerg. So what I assume is either, this is an automatic ban with Zerg's name pinned to it (Not sure if it shows as wall-e, eve, or Zerg, really), or you did actually grief something, and it *looked* intentional.

Either way, I have no idea what happened, and won't be online today due to travel. If another mod would like to take over, please do.

That should have been where you also brought the thread to a mod with rollback permissions. Yeah, they shouldn't have posted here, but when no mods are responding, I wouldn't necessarily blame them. If you're online, have someone check this out. It's what the appeals section is for.

He Manually did it. Other people were near him greifing, so he might have mistaken me as one of them.

Oy. Well either way, the ban expired before anyone replied here, so I have no idea whether this would fall under approved or denied. It's really neither, but since I have to move this to one of them, I'll put it into denied. Unless Zerg wants to call it approved.

I've also brought this issue to a discussion among the staff. Hopefully we'll have a system that helps us respond to appeals more quickly in the future, so things like this wouldn't be overlooked.
