Yep, you are able to pre-order skyscraper lots on the beach atm,

We've started to create docks for The Palm. There are 32 docks, two for each of the 16 branches. Everyone who pre-orders one of the three plots on a branch gets a boat dock. Remember, there are only 32 boat docks and 48 branch plots, so get 'em while you can!

As many of you know, this coming up Sunday is the one year anniversary of when i first founded sunside, so there will be events going on throughout the day. For the new continent, and the old. Everyone is able to participate, there will be drop partys, re-makings of some of the first buildings in sunside, pvp, spleef and lots of fun games. I hope you come on and celebrate with us!
