You may build as high as you feel like!
Custom lots are allowed to be asked for on this forums post.

Why= i want to be more social on the server i am living in stormhaven and haven't even fully built my house because i am always somewhere else because its a ghost town there, i like to build things and have plenty leadership experience from the army.
Experience= many builds but all on single player

i want a really big area im thinking 50x50 would be nice i want to build a park area on the ground level of my lot and my house will be entirely underground.

Brodassor, I am glad that this is your first experience in becoming part of Saevios. I believe that you're trustworthy, with a potential for excellent building skills. You will be in as builder and officer (if necessary). Welcome to saevios!
