New continent. New City/Town

As the title suggests, as the new continent is out... i want to make a town, that may progress to become a city. I've given it a little thought, so i have'nt planned anything

I need a team of any size more than one the current roles are:
Builder
Designer
Gathering resources
Flatting land
Any of the above

Proposed rules of town:
Server rules are to be followed
No privated doors, We're a trusting community
If you use the Wheat/Carrots/Potatoes you must replant
Don't hog the EXP grinders, if asked politely to move, then give the other player a turn
Follow the honor system when using the EXP grinders

Honor system:
A Honor board will be placed within the town, you can work your way up to being a honor by,
Being generous and donating needed materials
Being polite and a genuinely nice person
Help building
Held designing
Help with any development of the town
