Lots are 17x17, I believe.. Although the town may look small,
it still is in building stages and has a lot more planned for it.
Currently the town consists of:
A runway for all of your runway needs,
a public villager farm (and a private one with fancy trades),
a public cow/pig farm,
and soon to be a public badnick cage, for all of your badnick cages needs.
