How long will it take for the server to get back up?

Everyone knows that minecraft has just updated to 1.0.0, but I really want to know how long it will take until the server can get back up. I know most of you will comment "When all the plugins have been done, blah, blah, blah." But how long will that take appox?
Someone please comment how long

from my understanding zerg will be able to update the server when bukkit updates :3. so basically we are waiting on them.

because I updated my MC when 1.0.0 came out, I don't know this but is the perm map on the survival server on yet, or will that update when the bukkit updates come?

The entire Bukkit core team: Dinnerbone, Tahg, Grum and myself will be at Minecon. We’ll have a booth on the floor and we’ll have our very own panel. If you’re going to be at Minecon, come check out our booth and you’ll get to meet us! Since Minecraft v1.0 will be released at Minecon, we’ll be doing a live update to Bukkit at our booth, so come find us and you’ll get to see, first hand, what goes into getting Bukkit ready for a newly released Minecraft update.

With That... "we'll be doing a live update to bukkit at our booth" and since minecon ends 10pm saturday... So it should be released by then. However 10pm at minecon I believe is about when Zerg sleeps. So he may not get to it right away. So try not to annoy him about it. No doubt he wants 1.0 just as much as everyone else.

to sum it up. I'd say expect sometime sunday. been waiting like 6 weeks for it, whats a few more hours.

Ok, someone please tell me if the Perm survival map is out yet? or will that be up when 1.0.0 comes out?
