People stealing my STUFF

i threw an enderpearl of the side of my house (skyhome) and normal when i throw and enderpearl then just the enderpearl beats my down and i take no damage. but today i had a lagspike while jumping down and GG1LLs decided
to steal all of my stuff. he gave most of it back but then ran away with 32 diamonds. this was obvious because i had a stack and 1 diamond before and after had 33. i 1 want my diamonds back from him.

and a drop timer added into the game where if someone dies no one else can pick up those items before 60 seconds is up so that i and other people have a chance to get there items back after death. I have seen this on many pvp servers where if you kill someone only you can pick up the loot for 30 seconds before its global loot for anyone to take.

If you die, your stuff is subject to be taken. It is not against the rules. You killed yourself, while on purpose or by accident, and he got your stuff. He did nothing against the rules. And no we will not add a drop timer, this is vanilla.
