Can a Mod Anwser this Question?

I am basically asking this because a few weeks ago I kept getting kicked. Here's what happened. As i was helping tigerboy1 building a base, a player named Party137 tped to me and blew up some TNT on where i was building. Since I was near there and was hired to tigerboy1, Eve kept blaming me for the incident. So now it feels like if i go on the server, I may get banned completely and i don't know if I already am. So can a Mod answer this for me?

I know that explosions are bugged with the logs. personally I check the logs to see who placed the TNT, and not who exploded things id say your fine

GOT DAH ANSWERRR.
mmk if you got like.... attacked (meaning like hit by it even though your in creative) it would kick you even though you didn't hit it / lever it. I think it would SHOW on dah logs.. really don't need to worry cause the logs will saw Party placed it.
