A ticket system is where, if someone has a problem, they logg a ticket (a form in which you detail the problem.) the mods or gms of whatever game you're playing will then someday receive it and help you.

Oh...that would be really good for reliving the stress for mods...maybe with all the smart brains that play on kreatious, we can come up with something similar
