Still had to go through a bunch just to get what I was owed back.

I had originally hired him on 2/28/2012 in order for him to do some lights in my dungeons to toggle them on / off.
I had given him 2 diamonds, and 14 iron ingots for the job. I also gave him 9 sticky pistons to let him complete the job, which I thought would be returned in place in my dungeon. The total agreement was 5 diamonds + 64 ingots for the job.
on 2/29 (early AM[around 2] in pacific time) he left the server. I assumed the job would be finished the next morning, I hadn't checked on the dungeon so I assumed that everything he had done was still in place.
On 2/29 I woke up around noon and got online, went to my dungeon to see if the job had been done. All I came back to was a hole in the wall. I busted out my log pick and started checking.
On 3/1 I had sent him multiple mail messages with no responses. Later that evening I saw him online, as soon as I PM'd him he had logged off.
Early morning on 3/2 I saw him again, I messaged him and he stated that he was "busy"... I left him alone and simply asked for my sticky pistons and 2 diamonds back. He logged off again.
Today on 3/3, He came online and I asked again, he said that he would give them to me... I asked when, he said he was busy. I kept talking to him and he wanted me to walk some odd 3000 blocks to his house (probably not even his house) to get my diamonds and sticky pistons, because he had to walk to my house to get the job done? I refused and told him just to teleport to spawn and put them in a trading booth, he refused and told me to "never pay in advance".. and that if this post had "any impact on his reputation" that I would "never see his username online again, but be assured that he would still be playing on the server".
Pretty much, he's pure bull. I was nice, I paid him in advance, I gave him permission to enter the home and I even gave him food + other amenities and in return he decided to scam me. I just want you all to be aware of the things people will do, and never to deal with this man.
Edit: He admits to stealing my Lapis Lazui from a chest here http://i.imgur.com/oe1hx.jpg, he eventually came and said that he put it in a chest (the sticky pistons?) and I checked log picks again... there's no sign of him accessing chests on February 28th, 29th, or March 1st. So I assume this is another ploy / lie over just 9 sticky pistons.
