superzerg tunneled under my house which is privated stole my enchantment table,killed all my animals,nearly burned down my house, TNTed my new house,put lava on my new new house , and steals everything from me so i think i fairly had my right to burn him with lava when he broke in my house and he stole my diamonds and was wearing diamond armour and had full diamond tools thats gone now but seriously ban him.

I see a lot of people complaining about Superzerg here. Never had complaints about him when i am online. He does it all when no mod is on?

When you see me online, tell me what he greifed and where and i'll take a look at it.
I can't take action without proof though.

Because we reserve permanent bans for only the worst of players.

As i recall, we don't perma ban at all...

Hmm. I've definitely seen a few permanent bans in the last few months. Then again, maybe they've been manually unbanned since then.
Of course, those were extraordinarily bad players, with novels for their lists of past offenses. Perhaps exceptions are made on very rare occasions.
