I'd like to point out that a moderator's job is to maintain the rules. If a player isn't responding to us asking, "please stop spamming," then kicking that player is the next best way to get your attention. As for not responding to you, personally, consider the following:
The server reaches around 50-60 players during peak hours. During that time, there are generally at least a handful of people who need a mod's help all at the same time. There are only a limited amount of mods who can help you, and chances are, we won't be able to help you right away, whether it be because we're helping solve another problem, or are busy with something ourselves. (Mods like to play the game from time to time, too)
The key is patience. Make a note of the issue, and if a mod can't help you right then and there, wait 10 minutes or so, and try again. Or ask if they can help you after they deal with their current issue.
It's hard work making everyone happy. Please excuse us if we overlook you, and understand that it's not intentional if we do. But please don't disrespect us or say we don't help people, because that's not true, and blatantly rude. If you saw half the things a mod has to go through ever time he or she logs in, you would have a more humble point of view.
No more discussion on the matter. If you want to debate it further, do so in it's own respective topic, not here. I will consider it derailing the thread, and issue forum warnings and/or remove the reply.
