I definately agree with PureBo; We all saw/knew that UpMax bought subscribers(3k when kreatious started, and 9k now? Tripling his sub count in 6 months? No. He's not that good). Anyway, it should be view based, not subscriber based. But, I think it shouldn't be per video, it should be overall upload views.
I, a normal person(not a LPer), have nearly 90k upload views, and I'm not uploading videos every day, week, etc.(I have deleted most of my videos though ) My point being, if you are good/you try hard, you will get those upload views.
Now, to get a minimum amount for upload views? Is 15,000 too much?

There's been enough convincing arguments in favor of a view-based requirement over subscription-based.

I'll let another 24 hours of discussion go on this before a decision is reached.

Well, if your just starting out, you should be a promoter so soon. We don't want the view count to low, or I could make an account and get promoter status within a week. To show consistency, maybe there should also be a channel life requirement, say a few months; as we don't want someone posting 3 videos in 3 weeks, and meeting the criteria.

i think there should be a community channel and i know a way for people to send in there videos we will need someone to make a backround for i think it should be called kreatious_news or something like that so theres my idea i can help start it and stuff just mail me in game or pm on the forums.
