Damage indicator mod or plugin

Ok so have been watching a series or utube movies and I now think it would be cool to have one of the mods they have. The mod would not change the game play it just has a box showing the health of mobs.

Or we can make a plugin please post what u think

I say no. if we WERE to do this, we'd use the vanilla scoreboard system.

Its a clientside mod anyways that shows monster and player health bars.

oh. now THAT's pointless. players are one thing, just seeing mobs is another. is it really that important to know how many times you hit a mob? :l

For the people who want the health bar there could be a command like /mobhealth Or something like that
