Server down?

Server down?

How do we tell if the server is down?

It is currently down atm. When the Multiplayer screen says "Can't connect to server" It is either down or rebooting.

Server is down, Mods cant reboot it because webchat/putty is also down. We have to wait for zerg to bring it back up.
